CAPE WINDSOR COMMUNITY ASSOC.
FRIENDLY REMINDER/ QUICK UPDATE
CAPE WINDSOR GONE WILD – SATURDAY, JULY 2ND STARTING AT 1PM – 6PM
ANNUAL MEETING
HOUSE KEEPING ITEMS – REQUEST OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS
We are experiencing a major leak and we are using a large amount of water to continually replenish what we lose every day.
Our pool company, Clear Blue will assess the problem over the next several days to determine the extent of the problem.
They feel confident that the pool should reopen on Friday 6/17.
Please share this information with your neighbors incase they do not have access to email.
As a reminder to all homeowners one trailer per home is allowed in the Common Area on Lincoln Drive. Your Cape Windsor address must be on the tongue, use a contrasting color from the trailer color to ensure the address is legible. We have identified 4 trailers with no address, tow signs have been placed, if not claimed in 10 days, MAG Towing will remove the trailer. Cape Windsor is not responsible for any fees associated with towing, etc.
CAPE WINDSOR’S POOL OPENS FRIDAY 5/27 AT 11:00 AM
Please familiarize yourself/family/friends/renters with the Pool Rules
This year we will not have a Life Guard on Duty, we will have a pool monitor when available to assist and enforce the rules
