RE: 2023 ASSESSMENT
Our assessment payment is typically due on January 1 of each year as required by Article XII of the By-Laws and Resolution.
Due to technical issues from both the bank and our accounting firm, the Board has granted a grace period, and payments for 2023 are due no later than January 31, 2023.
For the payment to be considered on-time, it must be postmarked on/or before January 31, 2023. If the payment is not received on-time, a fee of 1.5% per month will be assessed starting with January 1, 2023.
To cover the rising cost of materials and services, the 2023 assessment increase is $200.00, this year’s assessment is one-thousand five-hundred and eighty dollars ($1,580.00). If there is a remaining balance from 2022, that invoice is also included.
Your invoice and coupon are will be mailed by the 15th. The Bank of Ocean City will again administer this process through their lockbox department. The bank will immediately process and post payments to Cape Windsor’s account.
Your invoice can be paid at any Bank of Ocean City (one is in Fenwick at 904 Coastal Highway, Monday thru Friday) or mail your payment to the bank at:

Note: Any Assessment delinquent for sixty (60) days will be submitted to our Attorney for collection. In addition to interest and penalty charges, the homeowner must pay all legal fees, collection and administrative expenses incurred.
