Republic Waste Services has tagged a number of trash bins with yard waste mixed with trash. Cape Windsor’s contract does not include yard waste pickup, if Republic continues to find homeowners ignoring their request, they will increase the communities overall bill which in turn will impact all residents of Cape Windsor with higher operational cost.
