Community Bulletin – August 29th
END OF SUMMER COMMUNITY PICNIC – SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 1st 3:00pm – 6:00pm
As the end of summer draws near and summer vacations come to an end, we would like to celebrate our community with our annual end of season picnic.
The picnic/cookout is this Saturday, September 1, next to the boat ramp under the shade trees. Our menu has changed from the fried chicken to hot dogs and hamburgers, drinks and beer will be provided. We ask that you bring an appetizer, side or dessert.
If we have inclement weather on Saturday, the rain date will be Sunday. If we should have to cancel we will send an eblast by 1:00 pm.

Highlights of 2018 ANNUAL MEETING
Results of the Officer Ballot:
The five candidate who ran for the open positions were all voted in by the majority of the community, we received 167 ballots out of the 250 sent to our homeowners. Your Board of Directors for 2018 – 2019 are:
Officers: Mark Keefe, President and Sue Scrapper, Secretary/Treasurer
Directors: Ed Myszak, Legal Chair, Harry Sykes, Roads Chair, Jeff Moore, Common Grounds, Pool and Boat Ramp Chair, Greg Lusby, Recycle/Trash Chair, Jim Ahearn, Water Committee, Rick Gray, Architectural Committee, and Kurt Muller, Common Grounds Committee.
Parliamentarian: Barbara Hearn
Results of the Renovation of the Pool Restrooms Ballot:
The results of the renovation of the Pool Restrooms Ballot is confirmed as a yes. We will move forward with the renovation as the result of the majority vote of the community. This renovation project will begin shortly after the pool closes for this season and will be ready for use when our pool opens for the 2019 season.
We received 176 ballots out of the 250 sent to our homeowners, 147 voted yes, 28 voted no and 1 abstained.
Thanks to those who took the time to understand the issues and cast a vote for your community representatives and your community project improvements.
