GRANT AVE. WATER TURN-OFF, Tuesday February 18, 2020

Due to the weather on 2/13 the planned work on Grant Ave. water lines is moved to Tuesday, February 18 between the hours of 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

The estimated time to be without water is about 20 minutes.

Reminder of Cape Windsor’s Christmas Party – Reserve Your Seat

Cape Windsor’s Christmas Party – December 7th

Time:     5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Place:   The Holiday Inn Express Bethany Beach
39642 Jefferson Bridge Rd, Bethany Beach, DE 19930
Cost:     Thirty-five dollars per person
RSVP:   No later than Friday, November 22nd 

Buffet: Beef Tenderloin carving station, Chicken Chesapeake, and Baked Ziti, with salad and sides.  Tea, sodas, coffee and also Beer and Wine will be provided this year, the law has changed, “No BYOB at Public Venues” so our caterer will provide all drinks.

Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share and the most important contribution is to bring a toy for Toys-for-Tots annual giving to children who are in need of a Merry Christmas!

Common Ground Parking Ends November 1st

Reminder: The period for parking boats and trailers on the common grounds along Lincoln Ave ends on November 1. If you haven’t moved yours yet, please make arrangements to do so.

Cape Windsor’s Christmas Party – December 7th

Subtropical Storm Melissa’s impact on Cape Windsor October 11 & 12 2019.

As a result of the Subtropical Storm Melissa’s coastal flooding, some homes may have water trapped in the foundation.

Please use precautions and check your homes to minimize mold/water damage. The water is now receding.
