BOARD MEETINGS ARE HELD AT EITHER THE HOME OF
THE PRESIDENT OR S. SCRAPPER
Community members can attend the Board meetings with a 7-day notice. If the attendee is seeking specific answers from the Board, they must provide the Board their request at the time their notice to attend sent. Your request to attend and questions if any, are sent to capewindsorhelp@gmail.com.
By attending or participating in activities or utilizing amenities provided by any Board member or their contract staff of the Cape Windsor Community Association (HOA), you voluntarily agree to release and hold harmless the HOA Board, its members, agents, and contractors from any liability for loss, injury, or damage that may occur. You understand that certain activities may carry inherent risks and assume full responsibility for your safety. This agreement is intended to be legally binding and enforceable, and by participating, you acknowledge your consent to its terms.”
